Nikon D3500

Nikon D3500 is the proof that you can get a high-performance camera without breaking the bank. The DSLR camera has a clean retracting lens and an ultra-sharp APS-C sensor.

This full-frame DSLR camera comes with two types of lens. While the lens that comes with Nikon’s image stabilization system may be pricier—at an extra $20, you are advised to purchase it as the image stabilization will make a lot of difference in your picture.

Nikon D7500

The Nikon D7500 is the birth child of value and luxury—well, the price tag that comes with it is pricey. If you can make a few financial sacrifices here and there—or maybe take out a bank loan, you will enjoy the 20.9MP sensor, 4k video recording, 180k pixel metering sensor, tilting screen, and a weather-resistant body that ensures that you can carry it virtually any weather.

Canon EOS 90D

The Canon EOS 90D has the highest pixel count amongst its class and the first model of the EOS DSLR to have a 32.5MP sensor. With a 4k crisp and un-cropped video recording, burst shoot of 10fps, and a 1,300-shot battery capable of running the camera even more than a mirrorless camera.

Canon EOS Rebel SL3 / EOS 250D

The Canon EOS Rebel SL3 is probably Canon’s best DSLR camera. With its lightweight feature, it allows for easier handling. Yet, even with its small size and weight, it possesses powerful features, including a dual pixel CMOS AF system.

The Rebel also has an extensive range of EF lenses—which is lacking in the mirrorless camera.

One con of the Rebel is the lack of a flip-out LCD screen. The flip-out LCD screen is functional for taking selfies and videos.

Canon EOS 6D Mark II

  8. Excellent for intermediate photographers

The Canon EOS 6D Mark II is a full-frame DSLR but lacks the 4k crisp video. Its chassis may feel a little bit plastic—and relatively not durable; however, it has a Dual Pixel CMOS AF system, making live videos look great.

The Canon EOS 6D camera offers more than the dual pixel CMOS AF system; it also provides a rear tap to focus touch screen, burst speed of 6.5fps, and 26.2 MP frame. It’s a great buy and quite affordable for beginners and intermediate photographers.
